Thanks for the recipe & stories of your grandmother, Jeff! So, I’m allergic to soy (and some other foods), but I’ve been holding onto a soy sauce substitute recipe that I’ve never used. It won’t be authentic Chinese, but it will certainly still be tasty! :)
